Everyone needs a holiday, right?
so Howard went snowboarding
and hurt himself for 8 consecutive days.

But now We are all back in smokey london
and have just been in the studio
mixing the 'new ones' and lining up
a bunch of london shows including
Scala & Islington Acadamey - posh, i know.
